Summary: Bed was good, room needed maintenance. Service was nonexistent Was there 3 days, front staff was barely there and unfriendly. Room wasn’t cleaned and never offered towels etc. Called and asked about a light rail station nearby and they didn’t even have any answer. It was less than 3 blocks away. Only stay if you absolutely have to. The inner harbor is only 2.4 miles away and there are busses and rail. Overpriced for what you got, and nothing like a major brand in service.
