This historic 3-bedroom home is a haven for snowmobilers, hikers and those with a deep appreciation for the beauty of the woods.
The McKeever Schoolhouse was built in 1924 for families living in the McKeever hamlet. Today, it is an ideal location to get away, take a breath and enjoy the Dacks. The property is part of the Black River Wild Forest and in walking distance to the trailheads for Remsen Falls, Bear Lake and Big Woodhull Lake. The center of Old Forge is only a short ~10-minute drive.

Queen sized beds with memory foam mattresses are in each of the three bedrooms. A queen-sized pullout bed is in the leather sofa that compliments the other deluxe furnishings in the open first floor that includes a large dining room set and wood burning stove.
