Stunning historical 1869 Second Empire style home in the heart of Mystic and steps to the Mystic River and historic drawbridge. This beautifully restored Victorian-era home is the perfect mixture of modern updates and preserved history from the detailed architecture of the Mansard roof and dormers to the quartz counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Admire the gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the house as you walk from room to room; to the right of the foyer is the large living room with two doorways for easy flow into the kitchen and breakfast area. The bright dining room features ornate trim and floor-to-ceiling windows. An additional spacious library/home office offers another space for gathering with family and friends, and features sliding doors to the back deck that overlooks the luscious grass and garden of the large private backyard. A half-bathroom and laundry room complete the main floor.
