Indulge in comfort & style at our beautiful, family-friendly Miami house! You will feel like you are at home in our spacious 1,800 square foot villa (SLEEPS 14) with a huge backyard complete with a HEATED pool, Sun beds & Trampoline.
Our house includes a private workspace, Smart TVs, Air Hockey, a private yard, board games, comfortable bedrooms, and a grill! The closest Synagogue is just 12 mins walk. Kids' Playground is in walking distance from the house.
The Space:
Our Mission is to provide the best Vacation Rental Home experience for all our guests no matter what brought you to the area. We are set up for families, friend groups, nurses, & business travelers.
There is a little bit of everything in our home including a place to lay out by the pool, splash in the water, jump on the trampoline, grill a fantastic meal for friends/family, enjoy a meal outside, or sip a cup of coffee on the private patio, unwind with a movie, sleep in & relax in our luxury King & Queen beds, get a little work done, or have a home base for an extended period of time.
Our AirBnB is in a quiet neighborhood, so it is perfect for groups truly wanting to relax & not so much for those wanting to be around (or cause) a lot of noise. *Quiet hours begin at 9pm*

HEATED SWIMMING POOL
We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it. We charge 40$/night for the whole stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to request it. If you are traveling during winter months, we highly recommend requesting it in advance, since it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (86 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 65. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.
GRILL
- We provide a grill for your convenience and try to keep it clean. Please, clean grill after yourself.
- If the gas tank is empty you can exchange it at almost any gas station and we will refund you money!
Pool Service is scheduled weekly, usually on Tuesdays. It might change due to weather conditions.
Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.
Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.
Finally, know that we do have security cameras on-premises, and unauthorized tampering with any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation.
We have 2 motion-activated recording cameras overlooking the parking and the front door which record video and audio. Another camera overlooks the backyard with a pool and trampoline for safety issues. It is motion-activated and record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. There is also a smart home device on the ceiling that actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

The house is in Hallandale Beach in a safe, clean, & very quiet neighborhood. It is only 10 minutes away from Hallandale beach and only 20 away from Hollywood Beach. You will be conveniently located to all the fun attractions that Hollywood has to offer while being able to escape to a quiet home.
With a quick 10 - 20 minute car drive you can visit the Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, as well as the mall, Downtown Hollywood, The Big Easy Casino, The Aventura Mall, as well as the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
Amongst that you will find dozens of highly rated restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries, & shopping to enjoy!
We are also only 15 minutes from the FLL airport and 20 minutes from the Miami airport to make it easy for travel. The Port Everglades Cruise Port is also only a few minutes away. It does not get much better than this. You will have all South Florida at your fingertips to enjoy during your stay!

Getting Around:
There are some Ubers/Lyfts available but be aware of busy time surcharges. You can always utilize local taxi services as well. If you plan to explore a lot of South Florida it may help to have a car available, whether that be your own or a rental. Our property has plenty of room for parking.
Other Things to Note:
Absolutely No Noise after 9 pm.
If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you.
3 Small-to-Midsize Vehicle Parking Space is reserved in the front of the house.
- Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability, we charge a flat fee of $40 per hour, if you need to get more than 4 hours, reach out foracustomquote.
- Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. If you break or take something, you will be requested to pay for it after your checkout.
- Smoking outside only. (A $750 fee will be applied if the house smells like smoke or for cigarette butts!)
