Wonderful family home, large and sprawling layout for easy privacy. Super clean. Fenced Yard and gated driveway. Walk to everything in town! BRAND NEW 14x32 POOL! Large deck surrounds. Beautiful LAWN/GARDEN/POOL/OUTDOOR SHOWER/BBQ - HAS IT ALL!
Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Expansive master suite with large soaking tub and double open shower.
Two room guest suite over garage with separate stairway up.
Side yard is a private Zen pebble garden and lovely covered porch with wicker furniture and a porch swing. Fire pit and firewood.
Rear yard has large lawn, with buoys hanging from it and swings below. Rear yard has large mahogany deck with seating and tables and BBQ.
Fenced yard. Also has invisible Fence for possible dog. Long new driveway fence and gate has been installed. (House does not front on a road.)
Large garage and storage area.
One bike available, 6 beach chairs, umbrella etc.

Summary: Our family did not want to leave this gorgeous home! It has tons on space, high end finishes/furnishings, and a beautiful back yard. The property and gardens are perfectly maintained. Location was great for our diverse group of shoppers, beach goers, and foodies.
