Positive: The beds were very comfortable!

Negative: The hotel staff was rude and didn’t acknowledge you at front desk or answer the phone. The $150 hold is ridiculous amount we travel all the time to Hampton and never pay that much for accidentals. The breakfast was not good and no waffle maker out but they put out all the toppings. The bathrooms need updated and the kids running up and down hallways was terrible at 10pm
