Need space for your family, and want to be just a few steps from the beach? This is the place for you. Three full-size bedrooms, each with an attached full bath, and plenty of room for your family to stretch out. This single-level 3BR condo has a king MBR with (bath has jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower), a guest room with a queen bed and full bath, plus a third BR with two twin beds. All have lots of closet space and HDTV's. The 1700 sf condo is a ground-level unit, with large fully-equipped kitchen with dining bar, plus a spacious dining and living room. Ten foot ceilings add to the openness of the unit, and a screened in patio off the living area and MBR provide additional space and a view of the 14th green and lake beyond.
The beach access is a short walk from your door and two of Seascape's five available pools are nearby. Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon. Seascape Resort offers a variety of activities. In addition to the spectacular beach, the resort features a championship 18 hole golf course and one of NW Florida's premier tennis facilities.
This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend 'til mid-August) this condo is ONLY available as a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday
