Summary: It was the perfect launchpad for beach days, exploring New England, or visiting with relatives. We appreciated the beach toys provided (especially the boogie boards). The beach itself is stunning and there is plenty to do at the Boardwalk.Note the property is shared with upstairs neighbors and the foyer is semi-public. That surprised us. But wasn't an issue in practice
