Summary: Recently stayed at this house for a week, while visiting family in the San Mateo area. The house was as promised; everything in top shape. Owner is very accommodating and between her and her family that live in the area, small problems were nipped in the bud. It should be noted that you are renting the 2nd floor of the house; although as far as I know there is no one living on the first floor. A word of caution to anyone renting the house. To get to the 3rd bedroom, you have to pass through the 2nd bedroom. This was not a problem for us, but it should be pointed out. Also, there are a fair amount of stairs both outside and inside, so guests with limited mobility may want take that in consideration. All in all a lovely house in a great location, with a nice view and accommodating owner. I highly recommend.
