If you want clean, look no further. You will find this is a very comfortable, homey apartment. We have one bedroom that has a queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. Queen sleep sofa in the living room. The only thing you need to bring are sheets and towels.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pot and pans, etc
We have a full size washer, dryer and outside clothesline

Summary: As a seasoned lbi’er, wanted to stay in original cape cod in middle of island. This was perfect! So many memories! Loved hanging stuff on close line, using outdoor shower. Has backyard porch with wonderful breeze. 2 weeks went very fast. Enjoyed getting to know owners who lived upstairs-very welcoming & accommodating.
