Absolutely adorable former photo studio, now a lovely vacation rental. Located in the hippest part of town – SOCO (South Congress) with great access to everything that's best about Austin--shopping, restaurants, bars, and major music events.
The studio is an absolute jewel, with round windows, a loft bedroom, and high ceilings downstairs. The space super light and airy, and a happy laid-back Austin vibe. Opens onto a screened porch. Entry through a garden walkway. A real pleasure to be in!

Summary: Always such a joy to stay here. Repeat visit several times per year. Super clean, quiet but close to everything. Very consistent in quality. Plenty of cold air and hot water.
