4 Bedroom House in Dry Ridge

Enjoy a family fun getaway within 15 minutes of the Ark Encounter and about 40 min from the Creation Museum.
Have some fun in the game room equipped with a ping pong table, giant connect 4, foosball, and lots of boardgames!
During the warmer weather (May to September), cool off in the gorgeous pool!
Close to a variety of restaurants and shops.
The space
This is a 4 bedroom cape cod style home. The driveway can fit 6 vehicles (no parking is allowed on the street) and there are 2 steps to enter the home. The main floor of the home has a full kitchen, dining space, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The basement has a game room with seating area. The second floor has two more bedrooms and another full bathroom.
(Please note - the twin trundle pullout has a weight limit of 125 pounds.)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with exception of a locked storage area in the basement.
Other things to note
Due to a city ordinance, there is no street parking. The only parking available is in the driveway which can comfortably fit 6 vehicles.
No parties or events allowed.
Security cameras installed on the exterior of the property.

We do have lawn maintenance and pool maintenance that drops by Monday-Friday (days vary). They are aware of guest checkout and arrival times but do tend to come outside of these if they have to.

Summary: The property was nice, we had a few minor bumps but the property owner/manager was quick to visit and help us as needed. The house was a bit more dated than we expected but over all met our needs perfectly. Nice quiet neighborhood and in a decent location to both the creation museum and the Ark. over all a very nice trip, thank you!
