A roomy deck over the water, sandy beach area, flat top grill, and spacious fire pit on the property. The dock is 40 feet with a large platform to sit & enjoy the lake. There's a shallow, swimming area near the dock to enjoy the water on a raft. The main house is a completely renovated, ranch offering 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bunk house includes a large bunk space as well as a great room with a bar area. Both spaces offer lake views, large gathering space, and plenty of sleeping quarters. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Palmer Lake and this property. This was a perfect spot for a friends/family weekend away. The house right on the water and very well maintained.The bunk house allowed for addition space we needed. We would and plan to stay here again in the future. Nicole was great to work with from booking through our stay. Highly recommend staying at this property.
