Summary: The large deck, shared with the other unit in the building, has great views. Is nice to relax late night and to take pictures of sunrise. The negatives: bit of a walk to most restaurants, is on 3rd floor with two sets of steep and narrow stairs, parking is 200 feet away at bottom of the hill on a different street, the bed (a queen) is a very thin mattress you sink into (especially if you sit on it).
