Summary: The location was great if you want to be by Wayne State. Easy walk to campus. Overall a good experience, easy self entry and property owner was communicative. My only complaint is the back bedroom, their are water drainage pipes for the entire house that go through this room. Every time anyone upstairs or downstairs uses the restroom to shower, flushed the toilet or used the sink, you heard a gush of water going through the room.
