Excellent location! This 3 bed/3 bath townhome is located in the highly desirable, quiet Woodcroft neighborhood in south Durham. Live in a peaceful, wooded community just minutes from Duke, UNC, RTP, Southpoint Mall, RDU airport and Durham nightlife, music, restaurants, Durham Bulls Athletic Park, coffee shops, and concerts (Durham Performing Arts). Durham is a foodie town and a great place to walk, jog or cycle! Or, stay home and walk out the door to miles of walking/running trails, including the Tobacco Road Trail - a 22.6-mile rails-to-trails project.

The home has an open floor plan, including a large family room with a gas log fireplace and dining room with french doors connected to the sunroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes updated cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Upstairs, the master bedroom has cathedral ceilings and double vanity bathroom with shower. Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for our size family. The location is convenient to many attractions. The house is spacious and we'll maintained. The neighbors were nice, and the area is safe. I would happily stay again if in the area.
