Positive: Great location opposite the beach and an easy walk to a beach cafe with great coffee. Lovely beach. Shops a 10 minute walk away. Felt very secure. Parking onsite. Caretaker onsite too.

Negative: Not a problem for us, but you do have to carry your bags upstairs for the apartment we had.
