Looking to escape and be immersed in nature and activities? This private home, with garage and golf cart, is located in the wellness-oriented neighborhood of Mado in Serenbe. Whether you’re on a vacation or working out-of-town, the RETREAT @ ANDERS NORTH has plenty to offer. Farm-to-table restaurants, nature-staged theatrical performances, hiking trails, tennis + bocce courts, horseback riding, seasonal farmers markets, and other interesting events are some of the amenities you will find.
This bright, fully-furnished home features two balconies and a front porch to the entry area with a bistro table and sitting area for relaxing in the fresh air. For your entertainment, there are three smart TVs - two on the main level and one in the loft - along with board games and puzzles. If you plan to work during your stay, there is a fold-down desk in the entryway and a workstation desk and chair in the loft. The open-concept living area includes a lounging, dining, and kitchen space perfect for friends, couples, families, or quality time on your own! Added bonus - all water for drinking, cooking, and bathing is refreshing and delicious (and doesn't contain harmful chemicals) due to our whole-house water filtration system.
The loft is accessible from the living room and has two areas: queen bed and work area and a king bed in the other area. The queen bed section of the loft includes a full-size desk and chair along with a 39" SmartTV (on a swivel mount). The front area of the loft features a king bed overlooking the main living area below.
The master bedroom is off the kitchen/laundry area featuring barn doors, queen bed, SmartTV, and a private balcony that has an outdoor table, umbrella, and chairs for relaxing and/or dining. The master bath, accessible through both the bedroom and living room, includes a spacious walk-in shower and has plenty of storage, towels, and basic toiletries. The garage level has a half bathroom and a place to park one or two cars (so you can forget about them during your stay and take the golf cart instead). Also, included in our daily rate is a four-person golf cart to enable you to explore Serenbe in style and comfort.
For some additional entertainment, along with the ability to be active (if desired), the garage also has a ping pong table, foos ball table, dartboard, basketball (to take to the court in the neighborhood), and tennis racquets and balls (to take to the tennis courts in the neighborhood). After your first stay, we hope you will consider the RETREAT @ ANDERS NORTH your home "away" from home.
NOTE: Well-behaved and house-trained pets are welcome with an additional pet agreement and fee that will be collected separately from the rental at $25/night for one pet (additional pets are $15/night).
