Negative: I booked this stay due to the loss of my 2 year old granddaughter. I was accommodating family from out of town that came to support our family. The furniture in the suite was run down. And we was dress for church on Easter Sunday and went to eat breakfast. As we were eating the fire alarms went off due the heavy smoke from the grill cleaning. I saw the Manager running around and yelling at the grill staff. Our clothes were ruined with the smelled and we had to go to church smelling like smoke. I called the Customer Relations phone number to report all of this and never got a call back.
