Five minutes to Howard Theatre, nearby shopping/dining, and the Shaw metro (green/yellow lines).
The two-story home features oodles of historic charm with modern conveniences. The downstairs foyer leads into a living/dining room with bay windows and eleven-foot ceilings. Pocket doors connect this space to the large kitchen with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.
