Summary: My request for rental was responded to almost immediately, and was advised that I would get arrival and rental rule information shortly before the rental date. I got entry and common sense accomodation information and found that the apartment was all that it was claimed to be. Clean and comfortable. Any questions I had posted were quickly answered by the owner. Rules for checking out were easy to follow and I would definitely rent from this owner again.
