HOME COMPLETELY RENOVATED!!
New Vacation Home! NO uncomfortable sleeper sofas. ! Yes clean, brand new and beautiful!

This Nashville neighborhood home has three bedrooms on the main floor. Each bedroom has a new cozy queen bed, dresser and closet. Also on the main floor is a full bath located near the bedrooms and living room off the main hall. There is also a half bath between the two back bedrooms. Very convenient to have a bath area close without having to walk out of your bedrooms.

The kitchen is brand new with beautiful custom cabinets, granite counters and top of the line stainless steel appliances. I have stocked the kitchen well so you will have plenty to serve a nice dinner or cocktail party !

Downstairs there are two huge rooms and a really nice full bath with oversize shower. The first room has (2) twin beds and a new HDTV, the next area has (1) queen bed, table with (4) chairs, a twin bed. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, a twin bed, custom closets and full bath!

This home is located in a residential neighborhood with the Kroger Food Market just around the corner. All the Downtown Attractions are ONLY 7 miles away. Public transportation and taxis are readily available but a car is recommended.

This home has a large patio area, a partially fenced back yard and a gas grill. You will find this home very comfortable and clean!

Hartman Park Community Center is only 1.2 miles away with a beautiful indoor pool, basketball court, workout room and beautiful walking trails. All of this for only $3 a day.
