Summary: The view of the ocean & beach from the second floor makes this simple rental unit perfect and at a reasonable rate versus the extravagant houses that dominate in Ocean City these days. Kitchen and its appliances seem recently renovated. They do have a charging outlet for Tesla & EV cars. Bring your own cable. No enclosed area to keep bikes out of the rain for 2nd floor renters on the ground. The only surprise, which truned out not to be a big deal, but should be noted before you rent - The top beach porch shown on the picture from the beach is NOT part of the 2nd floor rental area.
