Summary: Most important thing is whomever owns this house should fire the property manager. The listing should clearly state that there is NO PARKING allowed in that neighborhood unless you go to the town hall and pay for a guest permit. When I still hadn’t heard from the rental manager about check in instructions the day of the rental. I emailed and asked about parking and how to get into the house. I got 2 emails…one said”just park” and the other said “sent email” . How about “thank you for spending $1,000 and renting our property, etc etc”? Meanwhile- I got a parking ticket. Otherwise..the house is great. The backyard is not fenced in in case you expect to be able to let your dog outside. There are only 2 sides where the neighbors have the back of their fences facing the rental backyard. But I had everything I needed and the house was clean. It’s in a great neighborhood. If you don’t have a car and don’t mind being treated curtly, this place is great.
