Both units combined span ~3,400 SqFt of private building (your rental is the entire building). Private parking via parking pad and attached driveway for up to 5 vehicles. Three living room areas and two kitchens which are fully equipped if you'd like to cook in. Plenty of room for the entire group to spread out and relax with privacy. Detailed layout as follows:

Unit begins on 2nd floor via exterrior stairwell. Once inside it is a single level home. 2x Bedrooms have Queen sized beds ; 1x Bedrooms has a Queen + Full sized beds ; Full sized sleeper sofa in living room

Few blocks from East Carson street for food you will find plenty of options, depending on your needs.
