Open and well-equipped kitchen with laundry area in basement. Sunny, enclosed front porch with hanging swing and bench. 10x12' deck in the rear with umbrella table and chairs. For groups wanting more privacy from those they travel with, the rear portion of the unit also functions as a separate Suite. Both sides can be partitioned off with duel locking doors (much like adjoining rooms in a hotel).

Summary: Perfect for what we needed and we loved how easy it was to bike from the neighborhood to Atwood and downtown! Very clean! Great kitchen space but it could use some more dishes. There were only 2 bowls with 4 of us staying there. Super cute front porch and hanging porch swing and a table that opens up for 4 people, perfect for our board games! Excellent house all in all.
