The first level living space will be extended to include a new three-season room that opens as a spacious and comfortable area for families to gather. An elevator takes you from the ground level up making for easy access for luggage and groceries. Keeping the charming Cape Cod Cottage theme with updated furnishings throughout, this family friendly vacation home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms plus two sleeping nooks to accommodate 12 and is only steps away from the beautiful life guarded South Bethany beaches! Enjoy a family celebration together sitting around the oversized dining table and homemade meals prepared in the well stocked cooks’ kitchen! Relax and enjoy the sea breeze sitting out on the covered front porch filled with comfortable new outside furnishings. Amenities include central air conditioning, full kitchen including washer/dryer, dishwasher, 5 TVs, WiFi, Elevator and Gas Grill.
