Our Charming, Private, Studio is in a quiet lush landscaped garden surrounded by Oak trees and nature and is a short drive to all amenities. There is mini kitchen with small fridge, hot plate. sink, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, blender and other kitchen items, (there is no stove). here are lots of windows with plenty of air and light. It is newly remodeled, with beautiful Vinyl wood flooring, Heat and Air, Roku Flat screen TV, Hi Speed wireless internet, outdoor dining table, off street parking, shared washer/dryer, Queen size Bed, bathroom with shower (no bathtub). There is very private outdoor shower and clawfoot bathtub just outside under an oak tree. The Studio is surrounded by nature with lots of open space and still only minutes to everything.. the washer/dryer is an outdoor shed and is shared with the guesthouse guest.. There is a charming and the outdoor shower and clawfoot bathtub. There is also a vacant 1/3 of an acre of land directly behind the studio for you to enjoy. The Studio has its own entrance and does not share any interior living space. It use’s completely fenced off from the rest of the property,
