Summary: Very cute house on a nice street. There are a few cute restaurants nearby within walking distance. One Italian restaurant called Lucia was very close nearby but unfortunately you need to book ahead because they book up quickly Cons-The neighborhood changes very quickly The next street over was a little sketchy and street parking was difficult to find at times. Mattresses could use updating and painting touch ups are needed in some areas. Television’s in the bedrooms would be nice. Overall very cute house.
