This quiet suburban saltwater pool home is the perfect stay while visiting L.A. This Northridge almost 2800 sq ft home and centrally located within a close distance from CSUN campus and still close to major freeways. It is 20 minutes from the Studios, Santa Monica/Venice beach, and also close to Hollywood and the Warner center. This home has brand new appliances, brand new furniture, and a beautiful backyard. Pool/spa can be heated for an additional fee, please inquire with the host.
All events and parties are subject to approval and additional fees.
Please inquire with the host separately. A fine will apply for all unauthorized parties, events, and gatherings and security deposit will be forfeited.

Summary: My family of 11 travelled to California for Thanksgiving to visit with relatives. We picked this spot since it was central to all of their homes. The house was very clean and exactly as shown in pictures! It was very comfortable. The pool and back yard was extremely nice with both sunny and shady areas, with plenty of chairs. It has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. 3 kids needed to sleep on the floor on mattresses. The location was great for our purposes (it is located on a main street). The only issue we had is we would have like to have a toaster. The appliances all worked great. Anytime we needed anything, George was very quick to reply and take care of whatever we needed. I would highly recommend George and this house!
