Summary: Rachel was the front desk staff on duty on the second day of my stay. My room needed to be changed due to a lamp not working and the toilet seat coming off. Maintenance staff was not in on this day to help further with repairs, but she was quick to action. Rachel helped me and addressed me with kindness and genuine customer care. She provided everything I asked for and even went out of her way to check the new room for me, print documents for me, and treated me to cookies and snacks as a courtesy for my troubles. She was outstanding!! The hotel itself was okay. I like that the rooms were suite style with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and kitchen sink. They have washers and dryers for free and free coffee. There was a gym and business center as well. I hung out in the outdoor seating area in the back of the hotel it was small but comfortable. The hotel is located right off of 95 so it is very convenient for travel.
