Summary: The overall stay was good and the staff was pleasant, but I did experience some inconveniences that affected my experience. The biggest issue was having to change rooms three different times before getting one that was suitable. In my first room, there was standing water in the bathtub, a half-burned cigarette left in the shower, and human hair on the shower walls. After reporting the issue, I was moved to another room, but that room also had standing water and hair throughout the bed that appeared to be a mixture of human and pet hair, which I understand can happen at a pet-friendly hotel. I then had to go through another room change, which took about 30 minutes total walking back and forth and checking rooms. Thankfully, the third room was fine with no issues. I also noticed that I wasn't the only one experiencing problems, as some of my friends who checked in had issues with their rooms as well. Aside from the inconvenience of changing rooms multiple times, the stay itself was okay, but I do think housekeeping and room inspections could use more attention before guests check in.
