Summary: Overall the hotel and check in was fine along with the room. However, I did talk to the front staff the next morning to tell them that the bathroom had stains on the mat that looked like blood and the shower was not clean. I didn't notice until that morning when I went to shower.The front staff didn't seem as concerned. Although the room was cleaned that day, I still felt a bit uncomfortable the next day. Also my key card didn't work and I had to get it redone. A bit disappointing given this is a higher end hotel.
