Summary: The location was excellent!! We walked to everywhere we needed to go and enjoyed a fireworks on the beach. Staff were really nice and easy to work with. Parking was a little tough since occasionally the reserved spots were taken by people who should not park there. The room was nicely decorated - dated but well equipped. The bed was comfy and linens were nice. Some basic maintenance upgrades would make the experience better - like improvements to aesthetic things (large chip in countertop, painted over fixtures, sealing around bath tub etc.), replacement of door fixtures (bathroom door didn’t close properly or lock, key was hard to turn) and plumbing updates (water was slow to drain in all places). Minor things like more hangers and a broom/dustpan in the rooms would be helpful for accidental sand tracking in when coming and going from the beach. We especially liked the balcony/patio area and view of the water.
