Summary: The location of the property is excellent. The property management responded to our concerns, but should have inspected property for reported issues prior to our visit. The spider webs and spiders need to be addressed. The cleaniness of the house needed more than just surface cleaning. The grill only fired up to 200 degrees and the oven takes a long time to warm to temperature. The flooring in the top hallway is noisy. We suggest also to have a larger recycle can and work on the noisy showers. Overall, these things did not stop us from enjoying the property and the Finger Lakes.
