The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite counters but still has the remarkable 1926 Fridgidaire ice box that is perfect for storing wine. The sunny kitchen and dining area is surrounded outside by camelias which are by most of the unique windows that fill the house with natural light. They also allow for beautiful views of the tree lined neighborhood and the park across the way in this prime location. You can also enjoy reading in the cozy nook or the private plant filled atrium. The huge fenced backyard offers a patio for enjoying a cup of coffee or having a group get-together for a barbeque. The patio table seats 8 and there is additional wicker furniture and a picnic table with benches for larger groups.
