Lake Arrowhead is metropolitan Atlanta's best kept secret as far as Lake front living goes. Our 5 Bedroom 4 FULL bath home is located in the highly coveted "Narrows" of the Lake Arrowhead. Close to the open water of the Lake, our property is sure to offer all that you might need for a city escape. Lake Arrowhead is a 540 acre private lake that is divided into a "no-wake" region and an open water area by the dam. While Jet Ski's are not allowed, you can always find people enjoying the water in Kayak's, Paddle Boards, Sailing or tubing, wake boarding and water skiing. While only property owners are permitted to have boats at the Lake, there are boats for rent at the main Marina. We do provide 2 kayaks and Fishing Poles for our guests use. Lake Arrowhead has many amenities which include: an 18 hole Golf Course, Restaurant, walking trails, park, tennis courts and two pools. There are many different places to explore as well: downtown Canton, Cartersville, Ellijay, and Blue Ridge and the foothills, Tellus Science Museum and Amicalola State Park. Blairsville is also conveniently located. Don't forget about Reinhardt College which during Fall months has many events for the Family to enjoy.
A tour of our home will reveal 3 levels: the Main, a Loft and the Terrace Level:
MAIN: The Master bedroom is on the Main Floor and boasts views of the Lake and has a sliding door with access to a screened patio with a large Hammock that can accommodate 2 people. In addition, the Master bedroom has it's own FULL bath. A guest bedroom on the Main has 2 twin beds - something we kept from when our children were younger. In addition, a Full bath is located in the hallway. The Main Floor has an INVITING open floor plan where the Kitchen and Great Room allow for incredible views of the Lake.
TERRACE: The downstairs bedroom has the largest bed in the home: a KING bed with views of the water. In addition, there is a Full bath, a pool table and a second screened patio that we use as a place to store our water toy's and ski jackets. The porch opens to a door leading down a short path to the dock and lake!
LOFT/UPSTAIRS: One bedroom has a Queen bed and has beautiful views of the lake from bed. The other has a bunk bed (double +twin) and a Queen. There is a FULL bathroom here and a large open Loft with a TV, Blue-ray DVD player and a view of the great room and the Lake from a large Bay Window.
