Welcome to Wildwood! You'll enjoy our Beautiful & Relaxing Seaside Retreat with Beachy decor. We are located walking distance to Wildwood's free white sandy beaches, boardwalk, and many restaurants. Our spacious condo sleeps 8. It has 3 bedrooms with new luxury vinyl flooring (king bed, queen bed, twin over full bunk bed, twin bed, & twin cot) & 2 full baths. Open floor plan with hardwood flooring in hallway, family room, & dining room. Family room has two new sofa's and a new chair. The Kitchen has granite counters and seating for 4 at island and seating for 6 in the Dining room. Relax in the family room on a reclining leather couch, loveseat, and reclining chair. Keep cool with our 5 ceiling fans throughout the condo in addition to central air conditioning. Enjoy cool refreshments on our covered deck. We have a washer & dryer available in the laundry room. The large garage has enough space for parking 2 cars. An outdoor shower is provided for your convenience. Enjoy our 4 beach chairs & 4 bikes!
*** All adults must be 25 to book except children traveling with parents. NO EXCEPTIONS! We require a signed rental agreement and a copy of valid ID. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. No smoking. No pets. NO SENIOR WEEKS or PROMS!!
