Summary: Could be better, should be better. Simple handyman tasks not done. Showers were just nasty, had to go to Walmart to buy shower shoes just to take a shower. Shower head has so much buildup on it that there was little water pressure. Bathroom sink plug was stuck so it would not drain. Blinds to yoga area broken and simply needed to be trashed. Windows with no locks or left unlocked. 2nd fridge in laundry room does not get cold (why have it of it don't get cold). Washer smells something awful after doing a load of laundry. 1 mouse, 2 mouse, maybe 3 mice. Was told someone would be over with mouse bait but after a week we never had anyone come by. Looked up the property on realtor.com and the only thing the "new" owners have done is take out the living room carpet. This home is great for the seclusion and the space it has but the owner/ management fail at giving it that extra touch that makes you say the price is worth it out that you would be willing to pay more. Simple touches such as qtips, cotton balls, travel toothpaste, a bowl of fresh fruit welcoming you to the home would have been inexpensive nice touch but all you get are mice and nasty nasty bathrooms. And watch out for the nails waiting to impale you in the 2nd bedroom closet.
