This Beautiful 3 bedroom single family home in the south end of Ocean City New Jersey is a cape cod rancher. Has one and a half bath plus an enclosed outside shower. My home has a queen, double and 2 twins, AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 cable TVs, private parking in the back yard, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and all the comforts of home. Also has a screened in porch through the sliding glass doors off the kitchen. Located 3 1/2 blocks from the beach...4-5 minute walk to the ocean. Just around the corner and find a huge playground that offers everything to all go-rounds, basketball court and even an enclosed hockey the pics. Only dogs under 15lbs allowed with $150 extra per Wk per dog. See availability and rates under rental rates section.

Summary: Beautiful location. Nice a quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of staying by the boardwalk like we have in the past. House is clean and great size for our family of 5. I hope to rent again soon! Thank you!
