The town squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're minutes to Captiva Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and so much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed for your guests to relax. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course, there is also the charming enclosed lanai which is set up with comfortable seating for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. The backyard is also enclosed with a wall around so you have privacy perfect for putting the retractable awning out and relaxing in your private hot tub or grilling with friends before heading off to the town squares to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.
This home comes complete and includes 2 person Jacuzzi, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
