Summary: This property couldn't have been any better from booking until arrival and then departure. Michael was very responsive with all of my questions - and as a mom with two kids, one under 1 I had a lot of questions!! Not only did he answer but he did a few things around the house to make our stay even more enjoyable. Including baby proofing and a gate at the stairs, I didnt presume to ask for this, he offered and it was so, so greatly appreciated. The house itself is one of the best on Davis. Layout is perfect for entertaining or being cozy. Bedrooms are good size and lots of nice updates around the house - including the kitchen! Best for last though is the location. I mean, from the deck you can see the bay, marina, casino bar and the ocean. It literally doesn't get better. We're already planning our stay for next year. 10/10
