Entire home steps to the ocean. Massive balcony that looks directly at the ocean. Walk into the oversized flyer to the large living room to the left is the dining room with chandelier. To the right is the completely enclosed porch with ocean views. Through the dining room is the designer kitchen, laundry room and full first floor bathroom next to the laundry room for ease of beach access. There is a stairway that lead down to another kitchen living room dining area another full bath and three bedrooms. Back upstairs through the living room is the stairwell to two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The bedrooms have access across the hall to the deck overlooking the ocean. The oversized master bedroom also features the custom designer bathroom and full views of the ocean also with deck access. The deck is fiberglass so no need to wear shoes as it is super smooth and cool to the touch in any sun. The outdoor space features parking for three cars and a full garage. With space for bikes. There is also and outdoor shower.

Summary: happen to be walking by and talked to the owner who was AWESOME! We asked him about renting it on short notice and he got it together, set us up and took care of us! Home is super clean and they just redid the entire house literally every single thing. Beautiful house and would stay here again for sure! The two best things: literally 20 steps to the boardwalk and ocean, and on the same block as like 6 restaurants so it made life convenient to walk to dinner and icecream! beautiful house will book this house next time i come down and was happy to see it on VRBO! The owner asked me where to post it! So VRBO was my suggestion! Glad they posted it! Great house and now its available for me to rent next year!
