8 Bedroom House in Traverse City
Newly updated home with 9 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home is in a great location being only 150 yards from a really nice beach and only 7 miles from Traverse city. This home is two units next to each other one unit being a 5 bedroom 2 bath home and the other is a 3 bedroom and 1 bath with a loft sleeping area. They are only separated by about 30 ft so you can be next to your family and share a private back yard and fire pit. The back yard has a fire pit and a nice grass area for yard games.
Its only a 150 yard walk to the crystal clear water on West Bay and a really nice sandy beach. Boughy park has a large grass area and some playground equipment for the kids. The beach is sandy and there is about 100 yards of beach access on West bay. Its a great park and is mostly used by locals.
Wine or Beer Tasting has become a huge thing in Traverse City. We are located in the heart of that action with at least 10 wineries and breweries within 10 miles of the property.
