This home sits at the end of the street with the pool located on the west side, and bay views on the east side - and we all know what that means SUNRISES on the water! You enter the home into a charming entryway with vaulted ceilings that leads directly into the spacious, open concept living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances, a butler's pantry and all the ingredients to satisfy even the most discerning chef. The first floor includes a King master bedroom with private patio overlooking the bay and an updated bathroom with soaker tub. A second Queen-sized bedroom with a bathroom is also located on the first floor, perfect for those guests that don't manage stairs well or to split a family with children. The first floor also includes a .25 bathroom with toilet only (no sink) conveniently located with access off the pool area. Travel up the wooden stairs to the second story of this large home. On one side of the second story is another master bedroom with King-sized bed. This second master includes an office area and another private patio with even more amazing bay views. Travel down the hallway to the two remaining bedrooms, one "boy themed" with nautical bunk beds and one "girl themed" with delicate twin bed furnishings. The second story also includes a landing area with a library-type ambiance and railings that overlook the spacious living room. Grab a book and escape into the comfort of this reading area. And although this home has many charming qualities inside, it's the outdoor area that is the true show-stopper.
