Our building is a quiet residential building. We ask that all our guests respect the neighbors and refrain from making excessive noise after 11 p.m. and before 8 a.m. Parties and / or events and / or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Charge will apply if a noise complaint is received.
Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana (cannabis), and / or any other substance anywhere inside the apartment and / or anywhere inside the building is strictly prohibited. Charge will apply if our condo was smoked in and needs to be deep cleaned.
Absolutely no pets unless we pre-approve your pet in advance in writing. If we approve your pet, nightly pet fee will apply. Pet damage deposit will be required prior to move-in.
