3 Bedroom Condo in Asbury Park

3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in newly renovated Park Place building on the North side of town. Located just two blocks from the beach/boardwalk, minutes from Convention Hall, and 3/4 of a mile from the world famous Stone Pony!

Spacious living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and amazing views of Deal Lake. Modern kitchen includes 5 burner gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and gorgeous quartz counter tops. Breakfast bar has chic retro orange stools, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a happy hour cocktail. The dining room table extends to accommodate all guests with room to spare. The balcony is currently off limits as we await repair/replacement, but the sliding doors let in tons of natural light nonetheless.

Master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. Two other guest bedrooms feature queen beds and share a full bath in hallway.
The unit also comes with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach badges for 6 adults.

Summary: This is our 4th year coming back to Marc and Suzanne’s beautiful condo because they make you feel so welcome and communication is great. The home has a light and beachy feel and is super clean. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, books to read, games to play and best of all 2 blocks to the beach. You can see sunset lake from the living room and porch and watch beautiful sunsets. They also supply 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in a locker at the 7th Ave. Beach entrance. Our best recommendation for staying is we intend to come back next year to have some more Glory Days.
