Positive: Amazing! Free snacks and coffee. Cold and hot water machine at reception for free coffee. Fridge access. Books. Cute cafe like ground floor where the guests can relax and drink their morning coffee. The lady at the reception is very informative and sweet. She helped us decide on places to go and gave us recommendations for food places. She even called me over when a man with an ice-cream cart was driving past and helped me buy the most amazing coconut ice-cream. Great location and rooftop view. Oh and we were able to leave our bags at the reception after check-out!

Negative: Nothing.
