Wow! Another fabulous oceanfront property by local experts in luxury construction! “Aquatic Dreams” is set apart by a distinctive floor plan with living space on the mid-level and bedrooms on the top level. No worries about the view because the great room and kitchen now span the entire ocean side and panoramic views make even cooking for 29 a pleasure! There is a huge kitchen compared to most rental properties. A large center island with another sink makes it easy to fit plenty of help for meal preparation, all while enjoying the great ocean view. The deck has a covered cabana with table for meals, drinks and hanging out overlooking the pool and ocean. Quality furnishings will entice you to spend most of your time outside…winding down and relaxing with the family.
In addition, the ground level Queen Master has a wider bathroom door, roll in shower with hand-held faucet, fold down seat, and roll under sink to offer an easier way for those with trouble walking or stepping over the tubs. There is plenty of room around the bed and the ELEVATOR access to all levels gives access to the entire property and all family activities. There are gathering areas on all floors: Top level Den, the mid-level Great Room has two seating areas, and on the ground level there is a Rec Room and a Media Center with Smart TV and Theatre Seating for 10!

Summary: This house is exactly how it is described and shown in the photos. The pool saw a lot of use, the kitchen is fantastic and well supplied. The pantry is huge and an incredible addition that we’ve not had in any other beach house. It is perfect for storing extra paper products and things we took for cooking and baking. The three huge air conditioner units kept the house very comfortable day and night. The only drawbacks were the mattress in bedroom 4 should be replaced and there was one light fixture in the dining room that needs attention. There was also a small amount of mildew on the shower curtain in the bathroom attached to bedroom 4. We will definitely be back, we really enjoyed this house and location. After 15 years of vacationing at Croatan Beach, we were pleasantly surprised with Sandbridge and this house.
