Commanding a wonderful position in the slope of the outskirts of Tsoukalades village, 6 Km away from the capital of the island (Hora), enables the visitor to enjoy the magnificent mountain and sea landscapes, the spectacular, colorful dawn and sunset scenery of the Ionian Sea and the panoramic view of Hora and Agios Ioannis’ windmills.
Villa Stamata consists of two modern, newly-built (2008) maisonettes of 80m2 each with an accommodation capacity of up to six person. Each residence has a private swimming pool and garden, is air-conditioned (cooling and heating) throughout and is fully equipped with the comforts of home. A fully equipped Kitchen - fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, boiler, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils - a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, cable TV, and DVD player, and a W.C. are provided on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Maid service is provided twice a week.
